1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cofinnity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cofinnity.
3. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize Cofinnity to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Cofinnity. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cofinnity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cofinnity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
